What an incredible weekend we had at Big Feastival! Our team at Moi by Mademoiselle Desserts was thrilled to be part of this fantastic event, where we had the pleasure of sharing our delicious Mini Beignets with thousands of festival-goers. Over the course of the weekend, we handed out more than 37,000 bite-sized samples of our four flavours, and got to see so many people experience their first Moi moment.

One of the highlights was witnessing the excitement on children’s faces as they eagerly brought their parents to our tent, all looking forward to trying a Mini Beignet for the first time. The joy didn’t stop there! Friends and family introduced each other to our delightful treats, and we were overjoyed to see so many happy faces experiencing our products.

Our Café Moi photo opportunity was another favourite, capturing the joy of festival-goers enjoying our Mini Beignets with fun props, such as Air France boarding tickets, fake croissants, and coffee mugs to set the scene. We also hosted some entertaining games that added to the festive atmosphere, making our tent a lively hub for everyone.

A standout feature from the weekend was our collaboration with St. Dalfour, where we introduced a Limited Edition Apricot Mini Beignet. We even had our own injecting machine where festival goers could watch the Apricot filling being freshly injected into a plain Mini Beignet in front of them. This exciting blend of French tradition and innovation was a true hit, delighting festival-goers with its unique flavor and nostalgic charm.
