Imagine stepping into a world where the air is filled with the sweet aroma of freshly baked sweet treats. Welcome to Moi’s Mini Beignet Bakery, nestled in the picturesque landscape of northern France. We, the team at Moi, recently went over to our Mini Beignet Bakery and enjoyed the excitement and passion that infused every corner of the place, that shares our anticipation for the launch of our Moi brand in the UK very soon.

Within the bakery, it is always so clear from the outset that each member of the team is deeply committed to their craft, and we are eager to share more about the process behind creating delicious French Mini Beignets with the rest of the UK.

The first stop is the dough station, where the meticulous preparation of authentic French brioche dough starts. It is always fascinating to see how each batch is well kneaded and then taken to prove for hours, resulting in a dough that is light, airy, and full of flavour.

Further down the production line, rows of beignets await their finishing touches. Each beignet is then delicately dusted with icing sugar, to ensure that every bite of a beignet begins sweetly. Every step of the process is carried out with precision and care.

Perhaps the most exciting part of the factory line is the filling process. Here, the beignets are injected with luscious fillings of speculoos, cocoa and hazelnut, apple and red berries. The variety of flavors is irresistible, and we can’t wait for you to try them all!

As we say ‘Au revoir’ to the Moi Mini Beignet Bakery again, we always can’t help but feel a sense of real appreciation for the passion and dedication that goes into creating each and every Mini Beignet.
